360 Academy exists because the gap between film school and a working set is wider than it should be. We teach the craft the way it is practised - on deadlines, with real material, judged by people who still do the job.

Our story

We started as a small group of editors, camera operators and producers running weekend workshops out of a rented studio. Students kept asking the same question - not "how does this software work", but "how does the work actually get done". So we rebuilt the teaching around that.

Today 360 Academy runs recorded courses and small live cohorts across post-production, cinematography, directing, colour, audio, journalism and on-camera performance. The instructors have changed; the standard has not. If a lesson does not survive contact with a real deadline, it does not ship.
