Refund Policy

Recorded courses may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase provided you have completed no more than twenty percent of the lessons. Live cohorts may be refunded up to seven days before the first session. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically settle within ten business days. If a live cohort is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you may transfer to the next cohort or request a full refund. Coupons and discounts: coupon discounts are applied before VAT, so a refund reflects the amount you actually paid, not the full list price. The full breakdown - price, discount, VAT, total - is shown before you pay and repeated on the PDF invoice in your dashboard.
