Terms & Conditions
Last updated 12 August 202601 — Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or enrolling in a course you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of an employer, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Material changes are announced by email to the address on your account at least fourteen days before they take effect.
02 — Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person; course access is not transferable and may not be shared.
Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
03 — Enrolment and access
Recorded courses are self-paced and remain available in your dashboard for as long as your account is active. Live cohorts run to a published schedule; joining details are sent to your registered email address after payment clears.
If a live cohort is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you may transfer to the next cohort or request a full refund.
04 — Payment, VAT and invoices
Prices are shown before tax. Coupon discounts are applied before VAT, and VAT is calculated on the discounted amount where it applies to your region. The full breakdown is shown before you pay.
A PDF invoice is generated for every purchase and is downloadable from In-Progress Courses in your dashboard.
05 — Refunds
Recorded courses may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase provided you have completed no more than twenty percent of the lessons. Live cohorts may be refunded up to seven days before the first session.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically settle within ten business days.
06 — Course content and intellectual property
All lesson videos, exercise files and written material remain the property of 360 Academy or the instructor. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning.
Recording, downloading, re-uploading, screen-sharing or otherwise redistributing course content is prohibited and will result in account termination without refund.
07 — Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the platform, or interfere with other students. Instructor contact details are provided for course-related questions only.
08 — Certificates
A certificate of completion is issued when all lessons in a course are marked complete. Certificates confirm participation; they are not an accredited qualification.
09 — Liability
Courses are educational. We do not guarantee employment, commissions or any specific career outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
10 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 360 Academy is registered. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
