01 — What we collect Account details you give us: name, email address, phone number and password. Payment records: what you bought, when, and the invoice - card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers. Learning activity: which lessons you have watched and completed, and where you stopped, so the player can resume. 02 — Why we collect it To give you access to what you bought, to track progress and issue certificates, to send transactional email such as receipts and cohort joining links, and to answer support requests. We send course announcements only if you opt in, and every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. 03 — Cookies and analytics We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your place in a lesson. Analytics cookies, which are optional, tell us which courses are being viewed so we know what to build next. 04 — Who we share it with Our payment provider, our email delivery provider, and our hosting provider - each only with what they need to do their job. We do not sell personal data. Instructors of a live cohort see the first name and email of enrolled students in order to run the sessions. 05 — How long we keep it Account and progress data is kept while your account is active. Financial records are retained for the period required by tax law. Deleted accounts are purged within thirty days, except records we are legally required to keep. 06 — Your rights You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time from your profile or by emailing us. We respond to requests within thirty days. 07 — Security Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access to production data is limited to staff who need it.
